For all telemedicine consultations, starting March 1st, 2023, we will be charging an administrative fee of 1,100 yen (incl. tax) and an online payment service fee of 275 yen (incl. tax).
※ The cost of handling prescriptions (searching for a pharmacy, faxing and mailing the prescription) is included in the administrative fee.
