• ・Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower & Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower office workers: 4,400 yen
• ・Toshinkyo insurance enrollees: Costs can vary depending on the subsidy amount on the vaccine voucher you are provided. Be sure to bring the vaccine voucher to your appointment.

Per clinic policy, you must be over 16 to get vaccinated at our clinic.
