5. Confirmation and disclosure of personal information

If a customer or a proxy specified by law requests the confirmation or disclosure of said customer's personal information, our company will respond appropriately and in a timely manner based on laws, regulations and our company guidelines. 6. Correction of personal information

If a customer or a proxy specified by law requests the correction, addition, erasing, usage suspension, deletion, or suspension of provision of personal information to a third party because the content is incorrect, we will promptly start an investigation into the reasons for the request and respond appropriately based on laws and regulations.
